How to get there: By car: Turn left off the A6089 Kelso to Gordon road, 6 miles north west of Kelso. Signposted.
By public transport: Regular, if spasmodic, bus service from Kelso to Galashiels via Mellerstain.
Seasonal opening details (2009): Easter � 4days (10th to 13th April) then: May, June and September open Sundays, Wednesdays and Bank Holiday Mondays July and August - Open Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. October - Open Sundays only.
Opening Hours: 12.30pm to 5pm, last admission 4.15pm. Gardens/Tea Room 11.30am to 5pm (House and Gardens open for booked parties at any time)
