Description: A state of the art facility, home to the region's archive and family history service. We acquire, preserve and make publicly available the documentary heritage of the Scottish Borders.

Opening Hours: Monday � 10am till 4.45pm, Tuesday 10am till 7.45pm, Wednesday (open for pre-arranged tours and talks ONLY), Thursday 10am till 7.45pm, Friday 10am till 4.45pm, Saturday 10am till 4.45pm (closed 1pm to 2pm)
Facilities: Part of the Heart of Hawick which has facilities of caf�/bar, cinema/theatre and arts centre in Tower Mill, and exhibitions in Drumlanrig Tower Visitor Centre
