Description: Floors is the largest inhabited castle in Scotland and the home of the Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe and their family.

How to get there: By car: Up Roxburgh Street from Kelso Square. Gates are facing you. By public transport: Kelso has excellent bus services linking to Edinburgh, Berwick upon Tweed, Newcastle and along the Tweed Valley to Peebles via Melrose and Galashiels.
Seasonal opening details (2009): Floors Castle will reopen on 10th April 2009 and will be open to the public until 31st October 2009.
Gardens, coffee shop , adventure playground and garden centre open all year.
Opening Hours: Daily: 11am to 5pm. Last admission at 4.30pm.
Facilities: Walled garden. Free car parking. Toilets. Restaurant. Coffee Shop.

Castle Tour & Grounds Ticket 2009 Adult �7.50, Senior and Student �6.50, Child (5-16) �3.50, Child (under 5) Free, Family �19.
Notes Admission to the Gardens and Grounds only is also available at a cost of �3.50 for adults and �3.00 for seniors and students. Children under 16 are free of charge. The Family Ticket admits two adults and two children. Carparking and entry to the Walled Garden, containing the Garden Centre, Coffee Shop and Playground, are free to visitors all year round. Visitors may make a donation towards the upkeep of the Estate in the Walled Garden's honesty box. Tickets are required for admission to the rest of the Gardens or Grounds.
Group Admission The Castle and Grounds are open daily between 11am and 5pm. Last admissions are at 4.30pm.
